I am posting this for Joe and Randy, two close friends who share my deep love for both peanut butter cups and bacon. I am not sure if anyone has done this before but the idea popped into my head today and I just had to make it.
Step 1. NC Bacon
Step 2: Cook the bacon extra crispy
Step 3: Chop the bacon into fine crumbles
Step 4: Remove the foil and place some Miniature Peanut Butter Cups face down in the bacon crumbles on a plate. Microwave for about 10 seconds and then press the cups lightly into the bacon crumbles.
Step 5: Let them cool and turn right side up. If they are still mushy you can chill them in the refrigerator
